We believe that the quality of water is essential, because it can make up 35-90% of a product. Terre de Couleur has chosen to use 'photoionized' water in its formulations. This water shields against pollution, stimulates the skin's immune system and protects the dermis from polluting molecules, whilst strengthening elasticity.
